Backless Bras Explained

Backless bras are just what the title says, without a back. They can be worn with evening gowns that have no back. There are many ways in which this style can be acheived. Some sytles have an halter neck and small straps that are sometimes covered in diamante decoration.

A different way of acheiving the same result is where instead of the band and strap, the bra is held in place with adhesive pads. These give support and shape to the bust yet can be used with modern wedding or eveing gowns.

A third option is the backless body like the one shown in the third photograph. The front gives an open appearance with a small diamante or persex connecting strap. The back is low cut. There are shoulder straps but these return almost under the arms thus making them suitable for clothing with shoulder straps.
